Right To Cancel
We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before dispatch. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, please refer to our refund and exchange policy below.
Refund Or Exchange Policy
Due to the health & safety nature of our health products we do not offer any refunds or exchanges, if you have changed your mind or no longer need the product, once an order has been dispatched Our Daily Rituals Oils are hand blended and made in small batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each batch can vary slightly. Due to this slight variation and personal taste, we cannot offer refunds. Should any of our products arrive damaged or seals broken then please refer to our return policy below
Damaged Good And Returns
We recommend you open all orders received within 24 hours of receipt and should there be any damage or leakage in transit, we ask that you report it within 24 hours of receipt and return your item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. For shortages or wrong orders received please see our policy on wrong orders below. On receiving your parcel, we will refund the full amount paid for the returned items, via the payment method used but excluding the delivery charge. An email will follow to confirm refunds issued so you can track it through the payment method used. Please allow 14 days for reimbursement or issue of replacement goods, so that the faulty goods may be examined. Any damaged products not reported and returned within 7 days of receipt will be deemed as accepted by you and you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend your return is made via Royal Mail’s ‘signed for’ service and request you get proof of postage from The Post Office, as until we receive the goods back, they are your responsibility. Items sent back which are lost in-transit will not be processed as returns. We can only offer refunds if the goods are returned to us. If you decide not to report or return the products to us, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order. Only products purchased at Pharmavilla can be returned to us for a refund or exchange through us. Please note if we are busy with clients or other customers we may be able to take your call

If for any reason we have mailed you the wrong products or there are products missing, then please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order, supplying us with your original order No and an image of the products received. Products unordered must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, with their seals intact for a full refund. We are unable to reimburse charges or replace items until we have received your returned goods. If we have sent you the wrong items or there are shortages, postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for the return dispatch. We cannot accept or refund opened items, as you will then be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Goods are to be returned at your cost and we recommend using a tracked, service to ensure safe return of goods.
